This policy explains how Banana Leaf Running AI (bananaleafai.com) handles your account, uploaded photos, generated videos, and credits.

Information We Collect
You may sign in with Google or an email one-time code. We receive the identity, name, email, and avatar Google provides, or your email address, and retain your session. You may upload one to three JPG, PNG, or WebP photos under 20 MB each; we retain them and generated MP4s for your history. We also record credit balances and transactions, purchase status, amount, currency, payment reference, IP address, browser, device, and request time. Waffo processes payments and we do not receive full card numbers.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, generate requested videos, show history, debit or restore credits, limit repeated free-credit claims, detect abuse, answer support requests, and comply with law. Uploaded photos are used only to generate and show your requested video; we do not publish them, use them in examples or promotions, or train our own models with them.
Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share necessary data with Google for login; Cloudflare for hosting, databases, storage, and login email; APIMart for photo review and video rendering, including ByteDance Seedance and OpenAI models; Waffo for credit payments; Google Analytics or OpenPanel if enabled; and Tawk.to if live chat is enabled. We may disclose necessary records when legally required, investigating abuse, protecting users, or transferring the service.
Data Retention
Uploaded reference photos, generated videos, and their generation records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Contact support@bananaleafai.com to request earlier removal. We may retain limited records for legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, or payment records. Free credits may expire; credits used for a failed generation are restored.
Security
Photos and videos are stored in private cloud storage and are accessible only through long, hard-to-guess links shown to you; we do not publish, list, or index them. The site uses HTTPS. No online service is absolutely secure, so protect your Google account, email access, and signed-in devices.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use login cookies and local storage for session, language, and theme preferences. If enabled, Google Analytics or OpenPanel may use cookies or similar identifiers, and Tawk.to may set cookies for chat. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking login cookies will sign you out.
Your Rights and Choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your account information, photos, and videos. Email support@bananaleafai.com from your account email; we may verify your identity. Local law may also give you objection rights or a right to complain to a privacy regulator.
