Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Banana Leaf Running AI website and video generation service. Signing in or generating a video means you agree.

Account Responsibilities
You sign in with Google or GitHub and are responsible for your account and activity on signed-in devices. Provide accurate information, do not share access to bypass free-credit limits, and do not register if you are under 16.
Acceptable Use
Content standards and prohibited categories: do not generate or upload (1) sexual or NSFW content; (2) graphic violence, gore, or content encouraging harm; (3) hateful conduct or attacks against protected groups; (4) child-safety violations, including CSAM; (5) non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, or deceptive identity content; or (6) content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, or other third-party rights. Do not disrupt or probe the service, access another person's account or video, scrape data harmfully, or use the service unlawfully. We review uploads and generation requests with automated checks, human review, and provider moderation. We may reject generations, remove content, restore or cancel credits, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, and report serious or unlawful conduct to authorities. Report content with its link, task ID, details, and your contact information to support@bananaleafai.com. We will acknowledge reports within 2 business days and normally complete an initial review within 7 business days; we will update you if a case takes longer. See our AI Acceptable Use Policy at /aup.
Intellectual Property
You retain rights in your photos and grant us a limited license to host them, send them to video providers, generate and show your requested video, and delete the files when required. The Banana Leaf Running AI service, brand, and website belong to us. You may share generated videos only if you have the required photo rights and consent and follow platform rules.
Billing and Refunds
Each generation uses the credits shown before it starts; failed generations restore those credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Waffo, not subscriptions. Delivered credits have no cash value and are not transferable, except where a refund is required by law, payment fails, or we do not deliver the purchased credits.
Disclaimers
AI videos may contain inaccurate faces, bodies, clothing, timing, or lip-sync. The current underlying video model is ByteDance Seedance, called through APIMart; APIMart may also use an OpenAI model to describe hairstyles and preserve appearance. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, fixed completion time, or acceptance by a social platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost content, or platform removal of your video. Liability for a claim is limited to amounts paid for credits in the prior three months; if credits were free, the cap is zero. Non-limitable liability, including fraud and intentional misconduct, is excluded from this limit.
Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account by emailing support@bananaleafai.com. We may suspend or close accounts, or reject a generation, for breach, abuse investigations, provider requirements, or legal reasons. For serious breaches, we may delete saved photos and videos and cancel credits obtained through abuse.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms or the Privacy Policy and change the date at the top of the page. Continued use after the new date means acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the service and request account closure. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
