Generation failed
Credits used by a signed-in failed job are returned automatically. A failed or rejected guest purchase triggers a refund to the original payment method; bank processing time varies.
Page closed or order link lost
The private status and result link is sent to the Stripe checkout email. Check spam as well. Signed-in users can find saved work under My Videos.
